Nice, as always. Manages to have a natural light feel to it. Nice makeup, as well. Funny how makeup can make a nude shot, but it can!

why do you think there is a double shadow? cause the softbox had a hot center and a soft edge maybe?

The second shadow (closest to her) is from the silver card, which is basically a mirror aimed at her face just out of the frame. There is some slight "dodging and burning" in Photoshop that accentuates the contrast in those shadows for effect. The inside shadow is a little less evident in the RAW image.
