Great picture, well done. Keep it for whenever you would need it for press purposes.

I was wondering if the picture on your t-shirt is also made by you ? Seems to be a pretty nice one. Unfortunately I cannot read the writting.

Cheers.

I love to shoot self-portraits because of the things they reveal, but I'd love it even more if I did it this well. I'm not sure what I love more, the superb toning, the subtle grain, the body language, or the pieces of yourself scattered from every corner to tell a little more of the story behind the photog. Nice one, Brooks. (And um, tee shirt, um. ROWRR. And this from a girl who mostly digs button downs.:-)

Hey, did you flip the shirt design? Shouldn't it be backwards?
I really like this one.

Hey Brooks,
I'm not really a blogger, but I do give your blog a sniff here and there. I like the way you have that "say it to my face" look to you. Actually you don't look like that big of a dork, you actually look kind of macho! (artist macho that is) If you're having any self esteem issues, I'm always there for you! You'll be okay though....

Ivan - The shirt is of the Jane's Addiction - Nothing's Shocking album cover. It's a sculpture of two nude women with their hair on fire.

Picturegrl - Ha! Thanks! it's the only angle that doesn't make me look like the fat old guy that I am.

Melike - Yes, the whole shot is flipped so you can read the shirt. It also looks right to me because the room is the right direction. :-)

Thanks ian!

Rudy (R-Dizzle). I've always known that you feel this way about me. :-)

Brooks!! Rockin picture. Wow, in your creative genius you totally stripped the dork away. While I like this macho guy look....the dorky side of you is what makes you so much fun! Miss you!!

Hey anybody wonder what Brooks and my dad looked like over 30 years ago? Here's a good guess!
