lighting: All available light. There's a small window (it's a prison cell after all) to the right of the frame. That and the bulb lit the scene and there was a small silver card reflecting some light into the other side of the face to get some catch lights.

Portrait number two from Santa Fe. Amanda was shot at the old Santa Fe penitentiary were over thirty prisoners were killed during a prison riot in 1980. We also shot in the burned out section of the prison. Kinda creepy, but wonderful textures.
